DARIUS L. LAMONTE, ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY Darius L. Lamonte is an Associate Attorney with Jack Hinton Law who helps personal injury clients achieve the results they deserve after being injured. He believes in being open and available to clients during the pendency of their case, giving them the peace of mind that their rights and interests are being defended as they recover from their injuries. During law school, Darius discovered his passion for connecting with and advocating for people. He served as the President of the Black Law Students Association (2017-18), in which he focused on providing resources and hosting programs to increase the number of culturally responsible Black and minority attorneys in the legal profession. In line with Wake Forest Law’s “Pro Humanitate” motto, Darius was very involved with pro bono work, most notably his work coordinating a program entitled “Know Your Rights,” in which he and other students visited youth centers and schools in vulnerable communities and taught kids their rights with respect to encounters with law enforcement officers – an invaluable piece of knowledge during the current times. As an advocate for the people, Darius is focused on fighting for those who are injured as a result of the negligence of another party.
